Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
• During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Locations
• We currently only ship to the lower 48 United States.
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
• Please note that unexpected delays due to carriers or weather may occur.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure your prints arrive safely. The carrier used will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• You can track your package using the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at fiveoneprints@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
