1. General Terms 1.1 These Terms of Service govern your use of Five One Prints LLC's website, products, and services. 1.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

2. Orders and Payment 2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 2.2 Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. 2.3 Payment must be made in full before production begins. 2.4 We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

3. Custom Printing and Design Services 3.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate design specifications and approvals. 3.2 We are not liable for errors in customer-submitted artwork or specifications. 3.3 Production times vary based on order complexity and volume. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. 3.4 We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission. 3.5 If the allegation of copyright infringement is upon any order by Five One Prints LLC's products, images, or items produced; customer assumes all liability based on work flow agreements and approval of designs and mock ups submitted to one customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery 4.1 We ship via third-party carriers. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. 4.2 Five One Prints LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors. 4.3 Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for incorrect addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations 5.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. 5.2 If you receive a defective product, you must notify Five One Prints LLC within 7 days of delivery for a potential resolution stated by Five One Prints LLC. 5.3 Cancellations may be allowed within 24 hours of placing an order. After that time, production has begun and the refund in dollars is irreversible 

6. Intellectual Property 6.1 All content on our website, including designs, logos, and text, is the property of Five One Prints LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission. 6.2 Customers retain rights to their original artwork but grant Five One Prints LLC a limited license to use submitted designs for production and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 Five One Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. 7.2 Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law 8.1 These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Illinois, USA. 8.2 Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
